General description of dosing device:
The metering pump, solvent tank, mixer, level meter, safety valve, back pressure valve, pressure gauge, filter, buffer, pipeline, valve, etc. are assembled on a common base as required by the process flow, a medicine feeding device with the functions of medicine liquid storage and medicine liquid feeding is formed. The dosing device can be operated manually or automatically controlled. The automatic control is realized by various sensors, controllers, transmitters, stroke positioning motors, frequency converters, plcs and other electrical appliances and instruments. According to the corrosion characteristics of different media, there are a variety of corrosion-resistant materials, such as carbon steel (carbon steel lining glue) , stainless steel, non-metallic materials (PE, PVC, PP) and so on. The dosing device has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, simple installation, convenient operation and so on. It can be made into fixed type and movable type according to customer requirements.
The main components of the dosing device are as follows:
Metering pump: metering pump is the dosing device in the liquid dosing equipment. Flow rate from 1l/h to 10000L/h, pressure from 0.3 MPA to 30 MPA. The metering accuracy of the metering pump can be as high as ± 1% . Solution Tank: A solution tank is used to store solution. AGITATOR: to make the solution evenly mixed, to avoid delamination and precipitation. Safety Valve: Avoid overpressure to the system and equipment damage. BACK PRESSURE VALVE: improves metering accuracy of metering pump at low system pressure. FILTER: the Inlet medium of metering pump is filtered to avoid impurities clogging the metering pump. Buffer: smooth the pulse of metering pump and inlet, improve the suction performance of metering pump, improve metering precision, reduce the system and pipeline vibration.
