Overview:

Roy Series Solution automatic preparation equipment is a complete set of equipment which can prepare powder high polymer (or other similar powder material) such as aluminum sulfate, aluminum chloride, basic aluminum chloride (PAC) , ferric sulfate, ferric chloride, Polyacrylamide, potassium permanganate, activated silicic acid (sodium silicate) , powdered activated carbon, organic polymer electrolyte (Polymers) etc. . The whole process of solution preparation is automatic and continuous. 

The equipment shall be an all-in-one turn-key automatic equipment for the automatic dissolution and dosing of PAM powder substances. The automatic solution preparation system and feeding system are assembled in one piece (all the equipment is installed on a chassis) . The user only needs to connect the water supply pipe of the plant and the connection Flange to the feeding point. The device shall be a continuous feeding device for batch preparation, three-in-one (dissolving medicine box, curing box and storage box) , pam Solution Preparation and feeding devices include powder bunker, screw feeder, pre-dissolution box (with agitator) , curing box (with agitator) , storage box (optional agitator) , liquid level transmitter, and pipeline valves and PLC control system. 

When Pam powder is distributed, the powder is pre-moistened to avoid agglomeration by using accurate metering screw feeder (frequency conversion control) and jet mixer (the outlet of the feeder should also be equipped with effective devices such as valves to prevent moisture from invading the powder) , the 0.5% PAM solution is prepared by entering the pre-dissolving box with agitator with accurate dosage, and then automatically put into the storage box. The 0.5% PAM solution is diluted to 0.1% PAM by the diluting system and sent to the final feeding point through the dosing pump. The preparation and adding device is equipped with electric control cabinet and PLC control system, which can be controlled separately or online with upper computer.
