Overview:

     The complete sludge thickening and dewatering system is a solid-liquid separation system with the sludge dewatering centrifuge as the core equipment. The system consists of a sludge dewatering centrifuge, a sludge feeding system, a fully automatic solution preparation and dilution system, a sludge conveying system after dewatering, a fully automatic control system and a corresponding valve pipeline, it's fully automated.

System composition:

1. The core equipment for sludge thickening and dewatering is the horizontal screw sedimentation centrifuge. Our company adopts the original imported Beares horizontal screw centrifuge, the efficiency and reliability of the whole equipment and the effect of sludge dewatering are ensured.

2. Sludge feed system, sludge feed system by the sludge cutting machine, sludge feed pump, electromagnetic flowmeter, pipeline, valves, liquid level meter and so on.

3.automatic solution preparation, dosing and dilution system

4. Sludge Transportation System, 

my company chooses the high-efficiency spiral conveyor as the sludge transportation equipment after dehydration. Sludge can be transported to a designated sludge storage site.

5. Automatic Control System 

             5.1 simple control system: This control system allows automatic/manual operation of the separation mainframe system, the feeding system, the dosing system and the dispensing system, and monitors the operation of the main equipment, failure alarm and interlock protection and other functions. The system can meet the control requirements of a single complete set of equipment. 

            5.2 PLC + Roy man-machine interface control system: The system uses touch screen operation and parameter measurement display, can generate dynamic picture, alarm, and combine Roy man-machine interface to set and modify parameters.

 Particle size classification: Titanium Dioxide, Kaolin, starch, drilling mud, coal flotation, quartz flotation, diatomite, gypsum, bauxite, porcelain clay, ore.

 LIQUID CLARIFICATION: coconut juice, soy protein, peanut protein, fruit juice, beverage, vegetable oil, citric acid, waste oil purification, washing water purification, orange juice, alum sludge.
