EQUIPMENT COMPOSITION:

HOW IT WORKS:
The extracted gas enters the vacuum pump/compressor from the suction port, after being compressed by the vacuum pump/compressor, it enters the gas-liquid separator together with some working fluid, and the gas-liquid two phases are separated in the separator, and the gas is discharged from the exhaust port, the working fluid is sucked by the vacuum pump/compressor through the heat exchanger for circulation. Open Cycle: The water discharged by the liquid ring vacuum pump goes into the large circulating pool or is discharged directly. This kind of water supply and drainage is convenient and easy to use. Closed Cycle: If the extracted medium contains organic solvents, toxic substances and other water discharge caused great pressure on environmental protection, the extracted organic solvents are not easy to recover and are wasted, more and more chemical and pharmaceutical enterprises have adopted closed cycle system.

4. Case Studies:
1. Application of vacuum pump/compressor in flare gas recovery
Worldwide, environmental regulations require clean energy fuel production, and existing and new refineries need to upgrade their systems and operations to reduce emissions of nitrogen oxides, sulfur compounds and greenhouse gas carbon dioxide. Flammable gas is removed through process and normal operation. Before the torch, the gas is collected at the end of the line and sent to the recovery unit. As the recovered gas is used as flare gas, flare gas recovery will greatly reduce emissions. Liquid ring compressor is the most ideal technology for flare gas recovery or degassing. The torch gas contains liquid, dust and dirty particles. The temperature of the gas is almost constant during compression due to sufficient contact between the gas and the working fluid. Liquid ring compressor can withstand wet reaction materials and easily handle contaminated media, while other mechanical compressor is very easy to damage.

B COKING: Large Molecules will be destroyed into small molecules, collecting waste gas, ready for recycling.
C hydrocracking: process with B, the use of hydrogen.
D CATALYTIC CRACKING: process same as B, using catalyst.
E torch gas recovery, Amine Treatment: Waste Gas collection, sulfides in Amine treatment, gas as fuel gas secondary use.
F Sulfur Recovery Unit: H2S is converted to sulfur in a reaction process.
