Since each process has its own suitable vacuum range, it must be carefully studied and determined. The limit vacuum of the system determines the good working vacuum of the system.
Therefore, on the basis of determining the process requirements of the vacuum system, the vacuum pump system was checked. Check and determine the extraction volume and type required by the process. If the type of gas pumped reacts with the liquid in the pump, the pump system will be polluted. When determining the pumping volume, the appropriate pumping volume must be considered.
Test and determine the time required to reach the required vacuum, the flow resistance and leakage of vacuum pipeline. In consideration of the required vacuum degree, under certain process conditions, maintain the required vacuum pumping rate. An absorption device must be installed between the distillation system and the vacuum pump. Before distillation, the organic solvent vapor in the system must be completely removed by pump.
