The complete dosing device is mainly composed of a metering pump as the main dosing equipment, which assembles the dissolution tank, agitator, liquid level gauge, safety valve, check valve, pressure gauge, filter, buffer, pipeline, valve, base, escalator, automatic monitoring system, power control system, etc. on a common platform according to the process flow requirements, forming a module, which is called a pry mounted combination unit (referred to as "pry body").

According to the needs, a quantitative amount of medication is placed in the stirring solution box for stirring and dissolution. After dissolution, it is then pumped to the dosing point through a metering pump. The amount of medication can be freely adjusted to meet different dosing requirements.

What preparations are needed before starting the complete dosing device

1. Check whether the bolts at each connection are tightened, whether the machine feet are adjusted flat, and whether the nuts are not loose.

2. Before the first few uses of the new pump, the rust proof grease on the machining surface of each moving part should be wiped off, and metal tools should not be used to scrape.

3. Add 220 worm gear oil or 50 gear oil to the oil level inside the rotating box according to the ambient temperature and the temperature of the conveying medium.

4. Rotate the coupling to move the diaphragm back and forth several times without any jamming, ensuring a smooth feel.

5. Check if the adjustment handwheel is in the zero position, otherwise it should be raised to zero (if it is a gauge adjustment, it should be calibrated to zero. The gauge adjustment may cause range drift during transportation).

6. Check whether the motor circuit is connected to the corresponding grid power (the wiring method and voltage should comply with the calibration requirements on the motor brand) and rotate the pump in the specified direction.
