When the driving gear rotates, a local vacuum is formed at the gear disengagement, and the liquid is sucked into the pump, which fills the teeth in the suction cavity, and then enters the discharge cavity along the inner and outer sides of the crescent. Where the gear teeth mesh, the liquid existing between the teeth is squeezed and sent to the discharge pipe. Gear pump has the characteristics of self-priming capacity and flow independent of discharge pressure. It has the characteristics of simple structure, uniform flow and reliable operation.

How much is the pneumatic pump? It is simple and compact in structure, small in volume, light in weight, good in technology, low in price, strong in self suction, insensitive to oil pollution, large in speed range, resistant to impact load, convenient in maintenance and reliable in operation. During the operation of involute gear pump, because the closed volume at the intersection of gears changes with time, a part of hydraulic oil is often sealed between the teeth, which is called trapped oil phenomenon.

The incompressible hydraulic oil will cause great vibration and noise to the external gear, affecting the normal operation of the system. The pump body is equipped with a safety valve. When the discharge pressure exceeds the specified pressure, the delivered liquid will automatically open the safety valve and return the high-pressure liquid to the suction pipe. The internal gear pump is composed of a pair of meshing internal gears, the crescent shaped part between them and the pump shell. The function of the crescent is to separate the suction chamber from the discharge chamber.

But low efficiency, noise, vibration, easy to wear. It is mainly used to transport all kinds of non corrosive, non solid particles, lubricating oil. When the gears are meshing, the tooth profile surface does not slide relatively, so the tooth surface has no wear, balanced operation, no liquid sticking phenomenon and low noise. The pump is separated from the traditional design, making the gear pump enter a new field in design, production and use.

As for the core component gear, it is mainly composed of ordinary gear pump and arc gear pump. The ordinary gear pump is more durable than the circular gear pump in conveying the medium containing impurities. The circular gear pump has special structure, clean medium, low noise, long service life, and each has its own advantages.
