The dosing system is a complete set of equipment with the functions of dosing, mixing, conveying liquid and automatic control. It is used in raw water, boiler feed water, oil field surface gathering and transportation, various dosing systems and dehydration treatment system of wastewater treatment system in petrochemical industry. The dosage system mainly consists of solution tank, mixing tank (with agitator), metering pump, liquid level meter, electric control cabinet and pipeline.

The factory is composed of valve, safety valve, check valve, pressure gauge, filter, base and escalator. The drug delivery system is prepared in the mixing tank according to the required drug concentration, and the solution is put into the solution tank after being evenly stirred by the agitator. The prepared solution is delivered to the drug delivery point or the designated system by the metering pump (metering pump). The ammonia dosing system can realize full automatic control.

In addition to manual preparation, the preparation of ammonia water can also be controlled automatically. When the liquid level of the solution tank is lower than the set value, the water inlet valve of the solution tank will automatically open and close when it reaches the high liquid level. In addition to manual control, the control of ammonia dosage can also be controlled automatically. After PID calculation by PLC program control system, the inverter controls the amount of ammonia added to the ammonia pump to achieve the purpose of full-automatic dosing.

When preparing phosphate solution, add trisodium phosphate directly to the dosing place of the solution tank, and start the mixer for dissolution. In addition to manual control, phosphate dosage can also be fully automatic control. After PID calculation by PLC program control system, the inverter controls the quantity of phosphate metering pump to achieve the purpose of automatic dosing.

The automatic dosing device is used for the treatment of power plant water supply, boiler water, circulating water and waste water, and can also be used in petroleum, chemical industry, environmental protection, water supply system and other industries. Application of automatic dosing device in ventilation engineering: high concentration of calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate and other chemical scale and domestic slime will deposit in the condenser with high temperature, seriously reducing the cooling capacity of the main engine. This requires an automatic dosing device to treat the water.
