Precautions for operation of complete dosing device

1. The motor of the dosing metering pump is controlled by the frequency converter, and it is found that the dosing metering pump cannot work normally, which may be due to the fault of the frequency converter. At this time, another one should be enabled (one for use and one for standby under normal conditions), and the fault should be reset according to the instructions.

2. During the use of the level gauge, the material is damped and sticks to the material, thus affecting the use effect on the surface of the level switch. The dosing device should be checked and wiped frequently (it is recommended to do it once per shift).

3. The electrical components in the control cabinet are prohibited from entering water. The cabinet door should be closed tightly during normal use. It is prohibited to flush the control cabinet with water. Otherwise, electrical components will be damaged.

4. Due to the strong corrosivity of the agent, the mechanical parts in contact with the agent should be checked regularly and replaced in time.

5. If the screen mesh inside the feeder is damaged, please replace it in time to prevent large pieces of dry agent from being put into the screw feeder and damaging the screw or drive motor.

6. Check and clean the membrane in the center of the head of the two pressure level gauges every other month.

7. As the agent is sticky, pay attention to whether the feeding pipeline is smooth when blowing, especially under the hopper and at the discharge port.

8. Normally, open the end cover at the upper port of the hopper, and there is downward suction. If there is no suction or reverse wind, it indicates that the feeding pipe is blocked, and it should be checked in time. (It is recommended to disassemble for inspection every 20 hours of dosing operation)

9. There is a heater in the hopper. Normally, the air is supplied for a period of time, and the feed pipe is slightly hot. If there is no change, the heater is damaged, and it should be checked and replaced in time.

10. The inlet valve and discharge valve are automatic ball valves. If there is still water inflow or reagent outflow after closing, it indicates that the inlet valve and discharge valve are damaged and should be checked and replaced in time.

11. Idling and reverse rotation of the dosing metering pump are prohibited. Before starting the pump, make sure that the valves in front of and behind the metering pump have been opened and that the medium needs to be injected in advance.
