The working principle of pneumatic pumps is to rely on compressed air as power. When the diaphragm is under high pressure air, it moves to the designated position with the diaphragm. The air valve can control compressed air to slowly flow into the space behind the diaphragm. After the stroke is completed, compressed gas is injected into the back of the diaphragm again, and the diaphragm begins to move towards the intermediate. The rest behind the diaphragm is also discharged from the pump.


The sudden drop in pressure of the pneumatic diaphragm pump is usually caused by insufficient oil replenishment.
